Tea and Cigarettes: TEA - AS EVIL AS BIG TOBACCO

Lawyers who took the tobacco companies to court and made themselves a lot of money and notoriety are now picking on other industries which they intend to destroy in the same way using the same template.

We've been saying for ages that as soon as money to harass legitimate adult consumers and the tobacco industry dries up, these leeches will have to find a new source of income and wealth and it looks as if the food and drink industry is the next viable target.

Items on the Evil List include my tea. It was only a couple of years ago that I read a leaflet at my GP's surgery which said tea was beneficial to health and worked to prevent cancer among other ailments. I figured that maybe the reason smoking hadn't got me yet is because it always come with tea and so maybe one cancels the other out. I'm still here in any event but now it looks as if Evil Big Tea is just out to deliberately kill me in the same way as Evil Big Tobacco.

If they take my tea away, they take my reason to live. Their Utopian World, where everyone drinks water and eats tofu, is my idea of hell and so I hope that someone realises that these people are insane extremists who need to be stopped before they destroy everything for their own selfish ends.

I note there is talk about documents that show tea manufacturers and others only exist to kill their consumers in the same convenient way that documents surfaced to condemn tobacco companies when the smokerphobics needed to tighten the screws.

I won't believe it if and when I see it from them. We know these healthist puritans are corrupt, taking back handers, and deliberately misleading the public to force through laws the public doesn't want.

Those with power who can put these nutters back in their box have a duty to protect the public from such madness and industry from unfounded allegations.
